Your perception of loss of something important is expressed as the emotion “grief”.
Grief is a polarized emotion that is gravitational and weighs you down energetically. It is distracting, drains your energy and keeps you focussing on the past rather than the present and future.
You can grieve any sort of loss including loss of someone you love, a job, a large amount money, etc.
You can hold onto grief for years or even decades.
😢 Using the latest process developed by Dr John Demartini (he deserves a Nobel Prize for his work), I can assist you to dissolve your grief in a few hours. 😊
If you are grieving any form of loss, it is wise to equilibrate the emotion to balance your mind, so you think clearly with grace and return to achieving inspired action.

If you don’t discuss and understand each other’s goals, how will you be able to offer them value and agreed fair exchange?
This is also a valuable discussion to have with your close family members and friends.
Writing your goals out first makes this process easier.
If you are in a relationship, I recommend 3 sets of goals: yours, your partner’s and family goals.
If your children are old enough, include their goals too.
Write goals for all areas of your life so you can reflect on what is most important to each individual.
If you aren’t writing your goals down yet, the Optimum Life Journal is a great place to start as it is designed to guide you through the foundation level of life planning and daily practice of emotional mastery.
It is designed the help you create the habit of planning and achieving your Optimum mindset and Life goals.

In the world of relationships and communication, distinguishing between quality dialogue and duelling monologues is crucial.
Quality dialogue is a reciprocal exchange, where active listening and thoughtful responses lead to mutual understanding. It's about respectfully seeking to understand before replying and ensuring both voices are heard, understood and valued.
In contrast, duelling monologues are like parallel tracks – each person speaks, but without genuinely engaging with the other, leading to ineffective communication and missed connections.
As a specialist in personal development, I've observed the transformative power of prioritizing quality dialogue. It's not about winning a debate, but about enriching conversations and strengthening relationships.
Let's focus on developing skills to co-create quality dialogue and enhance our communication skills and meaningful connections.

When you compare your current partner with a past partner you are still infatuated with, you are setting up your relationship to fail.
No-one can compete with an “angelic” past partner. It is wise to break all infatuations you hold in mind, so you can appreciate people for who they are.
When you are trying to change the other person, you will create the chemistry of resentment in your system that ages and decays you!
Learn to appreciate each other as you are, and stop wasting time and energy trying to change each other.
If you choose to leave a relationship or team, any behaviour you are not grateful for in your current partner or colleagues will show up in your future relationships until you learn to appreciate the value of the behaviour.
Remember - other people mirror what you need to work on in yourself!
