Lucy first joined our community as a student, before becoming a yTeamer, Senior Facilitator & Travel Coordinator. Over the past five years she has continued her leadership journey in education and youth development, both in Australia and the UK.

The thing that excites us the most about this role isn't Lucy's experience (although it's impressive). It's her heart, her belief in young people and her deep understanding of what makes yLead, yLead.
