A huge congratulations to one of the amazing mums we have the privilege of working with, Jodie, on completing HYROX! 💙💪

For those who haven't heard of it, HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 8 x 1 km runs with 8 functional workout stations, including sled pushes, rowing, burpee broad jumps, lunges and wall balls. It tests strength, endurance, resilience and mental toughness, making it one of the most challenging fitness events in the world.

Crossing that finish line is an incredible achievement that reflects months of commitment, discipline and perseverance.

At Full Spectrum Education, we love celebrating the successes of our families, both inside and outside of education. Jodie's determination is a fantastic example of setting a goal, staying consistent and proving that hard work pays off.

Congratulations, Jodie. We hope you're incredibly proud of what you've accomplished. Your achievement is inspiring, and we're proud to have you as part of the Full Spectrum Education community! 🎉🏅

From the jungles of Vietnam to the boardroom, Robert Kilsby has spent his life learning what it actually takes to stay in charge of yourself under pressure.

His book Ultimate Freedom draws on that experience to give you five clear principles for building resilience, owning your decisions, and living on your own terms.

The messages throughout this book for young people are simple, powerful and timeless: own your choices, face your fears, set your goals high, and never, ever quit too soon.

"We all have a choice and you are in charge of the choices you make."

"Believe in yourself to learn from your mistakes."

"If you don't push through the tough times, you'll never get the great times."

A few great quotes from the presentations and discussions with students across the recent Ambassador Days 💪
