Our last training long run before the next Sunday. After 20 weeks of training and commitment we are almost at the end. It’s going to be tough. We are excited and appreciative the same time.

At 68, I’m loving the warm autumn tones in today’s outfit 🍂🤎

Mike and I joined our friends for a relaxed Friday morning tea ☕✨

My OOTD was comfortable yet stylish.
Fashion for me now is less about trends and more about feeling confident, comfortable and like myself.

There’s something about earthy colours that feels timeless, comfortable and effortlessly stylish.

What are you up to this Friday? I hope you are having a beautiful day 🥰

At 68 it’s about consistency not perfection

We’ve been away on holidays and honestly… getting back into routine isn’t always easy.

At 68, I still have days where motivation is low and exercise feels harder than usual.

But I’ve learned that consistency matters more than perfection.

Some days the biggest win is simply showing up anyway. 👏👏💕💕👍👍

At 68 and with 2 weeks until the it’s getting harder to stay mentally strong, especially for longer runs without my buddies.

This is the time when you need to just push through. I ran this morning with the attitude of I’ll do what I can and ended up running further.

If you are working towards a goal, the times that feel tough and you doubt yourself are the times you find that inner strength to just do it. 💕💕
