HOW TO ANCHOR THE RESISTANCE TUBES TO YOUR DOOR? 👉Scroll to the side to see how to and read below :)
fit Resistance Tubes Zone ™️ includes a Door Anchor so you can transfor your home into a home gym - it's pretty much like having a Cable Machine at your house 🥰

Our *Door Anchor* is a sturdy nylon loop that has a thicker part on one side.

To use it, close the door with the thick part on the other side of the door with the other side of the loop sticking out on the other side.
Your door frame needs enough clearance to be able to close the door with the loop squished in between the door and frame.

Just hold it at the preferred height and close the door -Now make sure the door is really closed.

Interior doors are usually more suitable than exterior doors.

The GREAT part of our door anchors is that they are adjustable. You can put them at the top and bottom of your doors, depending the exercise.

It's such a great accessory to have as it expands the amount of exercises you can do.

Exercises that need an anchor:
💪Chest press
💪Face pulls
💪Straight arm pushdowns
💪Lat pulldowns
💪Low rows
💪Quad Extensions
💪Glute Kickbacks
💪ETC...

Send us a message or comment bellow if you have any questions on how to use the door anchor at your own house.
