My philosophy in teaching:
In my approach to teaching I strive to challenge the dancers both mentally and physically. I use a combination of quick, precise exercises as well as exercises that take a high level of control and attention to detail to be able to perform well. I focus on giving encouraging feed back in a positive and enjoyable environment whilst working on improving the dancers postur

I have just recieved my certificate for completing the Professional Dancers Post-graduate Teaching Certificate (PDPTC) and am pleased to say I am officially qualified as an RAD registered teacher. Thank you to Glynnis Gordon-Eames for mentoring me through this course and to Theatre & Dance for there unending support.
The course has really opened up my understanding of pedagogy in dance education and I have already noticed a huge difference in how the students learn.
