The way you were loved, or not loved, shows up in your business whether you invite it in or not.
The woman who was told she was too much becomes the coach who softens her opinions so clients don’t leave. The girl who learned that love was conditional starts discounting her prices the moment someone pushes back.
The one who was never chosen starts over-delivering until she’s burnt out and resentful trying to prove she’s worth keeping.
It’s never really about the business.
It’s the wound running the business.
And it will keep running it, quietly, invisibly, dressed up as “just being flexible” or “not wanting to seem arrogant” or “making sure my clients are happy” until you actually look at it.
This is the work most business coaches won’t touch. The stuff underneath the strategy. The reason the strategy isn’t working even when it should be.
Because you can have the best offer, the best content, the best framework, and still be unconsciously making yourself smaller so nobody leaves.
The business doesn’t grow past the version of you running it.
