Hello to all my valued clients!

Just a note to let you all know that I’m temporarily closing operations for a couple of months while I focus on a few personal projects.

What an absolute blast this year has been! As you all know, one of my key goals in setting up a resume writing service was to help people demonstrate during a recruitment process how their operational experience can easily transfer into their ideal role. I’m so very proud to say that most of my clients successfully made it to interview stage, some with glowing compliments on their written component… And even more exciting is that several of my clients had not only gone on to successfully obtain the role they applied for, but did so by way of a courageous career transition! It has made me immensely happy and proud to help guide them there.

One of the best parts of assisting people with their resumes is hearing all the amazing achievements and careers journeys that are often taken for granted until we pull it all out and put it in a job application. I’m feeling super inspired and can’t wait to be back on deck!

Physical health is an important part of maintaining my mental wellbeing. I truly notice a difference in mood, clarity and outlook when I'm training regularly. Regular training only happens if I make running a habit and set a goal (which is currently a sub-2-hour half marathon). 🏃‍♀️🌞 What do you do to regulate your mood and outlook?

Using active language in your selection response will ensure your writing is clear and succinct for the panel to quickly read and understand.

As you review your writen examples, imagine it's the very first time you've come across the task - does it make sense? Is it transferable to the new role? Is it surrounded by unnecessary waffle? Don't beat around the bush - say precisely what the panel needs to know.
