There’s so much learning in a little ball of playdough. 🌿

As children roll, squeeze, shape and create, they’re strengthening the small muscles in their hands, developing coordination and exploring their creativity.

Playdough also gives children the freedom to experiment, use their imagination and turn their ideas into something of their own - all through simple, hands-on play.

At Evolving Minds, it’s these everyday experiences that create meaningful opportunities to learn, discover and grow. 💛

We love the creativity happening lately as children explore their senses. Opting to use their hands instead of the paint brush is a must sometimes! 🤩🤩

Have you read The Colour Monsters?
At Evolving Minds we are embedding an emotional regulation program that utilises visual aids and language from the book that supports the recognition of emotions. Our Mindfulness Program supports the process of recognising emotions and processing our feelings in a positive manner.

📖 The most powerful part of a book is often what happens after the page turns.

Stories invite children to question, imagine, predict, and see the world through different perspectives.

Beyond literacy, reading supports the development of empathy, creativity, and complex thinking skills that children carry with them for life.

For parents and caregivers, these shared moments are a beautiful opportunity to nurture curiosity, connection, and a lifelong love of learning. ✨
