I meditate for a minimum of 20 minutes each day, usually first thing in the morning.
It’s when I miss a meditation that I notice the real benefits that the practice has on my psyche. If I’ve meditated, I’m more calm, collected and am poised to make better decisions, to name just a few noticeable improvements.

Admittedly, I don’t make time to meditate everyday probably do it every 2nd or 3rd day but when I do it feels fantastic!

So how do you meditate? Well there are many different styles but initially there is no need to overcomplicate it. Simply close your eyes (sitting or standing), concentrate on the first 2/3’s of the breathe coming through the belly and the last 1/3 coming through the chest and just let the thoughts flow. You’ll be amazed at how your thoughts, challenges and perspectives can change over time. If you decide to give it a try, would love to know!
