A lot of the women I work with don’t come to me because they’re failing…

They come to me because they’re overwhelmed.
Overstimulated.
Emotionally drained.
Carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs while trying to stay calm and “on” all day.

That’s the problem I support them with 💛

Helping educators, and women in general, regulate their own nervous system, understand their sensory needs, and feel more grounded, calm and supported in their day.

And the beautiful part?
Even the smallest shifts create a ripple effect...into the room, the team, and the children ✨

Guess who's heading to Lovefest? 🙋‍♀️🌈**

I'll be there sharing Little Zen Stars and honestly, I couldn't think of a more perfect fit.

I'll be bringing my crystal sound bowls and creating a space where children (and their grown-ups) can slow down, breathe, move, listen and just enjoy being present together.

These are the moments I love most. Watching children discover how good it feels to be calm. Watching them light up when they hear the bowls. Watching families connect.

It's simple, it's beautiful, and it's needed now more than ever.

If you're coming to Lovefest, make sure you come and say hello. I'd absolutely love to meet you and share a little piece of the magic that I get to take into early learning centres every week. 💛🌈⭐
