I passed Level 3 of my Tea Ceremonial Culture assessment last month! 🍵✨

Although it was a beginner-level assessment, the questions were surprisingly tricky and definitely kept me on my toes. Preparing for the test was challenging, but also incredibly rewarding.

Before I started studying, a tea scoop was simply a tool used in the ceremony. Now, I look at it differently. It tells stories — about history, craftsmanship and tradition.

The more I learn about tea, the more I realise that even the smallest objects can hold so much meaning. 🍵

Grateful for the journey, and excited to keep learning. 🌿

"Tea Leaves China" is now on ABC iView, and we feel incredibly privileged to have been part of this British tea documentary.

Stuff the British Stole is a unique Australian TV series, and this particular episode explores the fascinating history of British tea—back to a time when a cup of tea wasn't really a cup of tea.

You may have heard of the East India Company, but perhaps not of Robert Fortune, the Scottish botanist whose secret mission changed the course of tea history forever.

If you love tea and the stories behind it, this episode is well worth a watch.

Thank you to everyone who joined our Japanese tea workshop to celebrate Matsudo week 🙏. It was a full house filled with passionate tea enthusiasts, and as always, it was a pleasure to connect and share conversations over tea ❤️.

During these tea sessions, we often discover that many tea lovers worry about not having specific tools or equipment. We’d like to remind everyone that there is no need to worry — there is always a way to make tea. Tea is about enjoyment and connection, so please enjoy your tea using what you already have😊🫖.

Tea break with Tulou Red Beauty from Fujian Province, China 🍵It reminds me of Lapsang Souchong and oolong tea, yet carries its own delicate and refined character.
Grateful to my friend for such a thoughtful and lovely gift. ✨
