HISTORY MAKERS!

Three of our very own Rejoice Mpofu ,Thembinkosi Ncube and Lerato Mdlongwa from our senior girls soccer team have taken a massive step up, joining Young Sables Soccer Academy currently playing in the Division Two Southern Region side on loan!

And what a debut! Rejoice Mpofu found the back of the net in her very first game!
So proud doesn't even cover it. This is just the beginning! Ngamo village is behind you all the way! 🇿🇼❤️

NGAMO RHINOS PROVES LEAGUE POWERHOUSE: UNDEFEATED RUN MARKS HISTORIC LEAGUE DEBUT

What began as a bold step into the unknown has quickly become a statement of intent. NGAMO RHINOS has officially announced its arrival on the provincial stage with a flawless start to the Senior Men’s League season.

Since joining the league, our young men have not just competed—they have conquered. In a remarkable display of discipline, teamwork, and raw talent, the team has recorded a 100% winning record, emerging victorious in every single match played to date.

Developed from our academy rooted in the heart of Ngamo community, this achievement is more than just numbers on a scoreboard. It is a testament to the grit, resilience, and technical development that we cultivate daily on our home soil. Our players have stepped onto pitches across the province and proven that passion and preparation can overcome any odds.

“We didn’t come here to make up the numbers,” said Talkmore . “Every player believes in our philosophy. Winning all our games so far shows that our academy system is developing not just good footballers, but winners. We are representing our village with pride, and we are just getting started.”

The team’s success has galvanized the entire community, with local supporters travelling in growing numbers to cheer on their heroes. The players have responded to that energy, delivering clutch performances, tactical discipline, and moments of individual brilliance that have turned heads across the province.

While we celebrate this perfect start, our focus remains on continuous improvement. We respect every opponent and understand that the season is a marathon, not a sprint. However, the foundation we have laid in these opening fixtures sends a clear message:—NGAMO RHINOS is here to stay.

This isn't just about building courts and pitches; it’s about building futures. This partnership will bring elite training right to our doorstep, create exchange programs that will allow our young stars to shine internationally moreover attract more visitors to our beautiful village and Hwange National Park
