Meet Mr. Harris Mashava: The Educational Strategist Shaping the Future of Shalom Elite

He brought that exact, razor-sharp precision to the Ministry of Education and later to Zimuto High School, where under his leadership, the school achieved the ultimate milestone: historic, consecutive 100% A-Level pass rates (including a phenomenal year with 33 straight As). It’s the kind of leadership that earns the prestigious Secretary’s Bell Award—the highest honor a school head can receive in our country.

But what truly separates Mr. Mashava is the elite academic blueprint behind his decisions. He doesn't manage by instinct; he manages through highly specialized qualifications earned from our nation's top institutions:

✔️Master of Education (MEd) in Curriculum Studies (Great Zimbabwe University)

✔️BSc (Hons) in Economics (University of Zimbabwe)

✔️Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Gweru Teachers College)
