🌟 WHAT A NIGHT! 🌟

The inaugural Mutare's Got Talent 2026 was an unforgettable celebration of talent, creativity and community!

What began as a dream became a reality as over 200 young performers from schools across Mutare took to the stage to share their gifts through music, dance, poetry, drama, comedy and instrumental performances.

To every performer who stepped into the spotlight—thank you for your courage, confidence and passion. You inspired us all.

A heartfelt thank you to our participating schools, dedicated teachers, supportive parents, enthusiastic audience, incredible judges, generous sponsors, volunteers and our amazing organising committee. Your support made this event possible.

The atmosphere inside Queens Hall was electric, with schools cheering one another on and celebrating every performance. It was a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved when a community comes together to encourage and uplift its young people.

This is only the beginning...

We are already looking forward to making Mutare's Got Talent 2027 even bigger and better!

Thank you to all our amazing parents for your support at our recently held Mutare Got Talent🕺💃🎺🎸🎻🥁🎹. The kids came in full force and blew us away with their music, singing, dancing, and the different instruments they played. We’re so proud of them, and none of this would be possible without you. ❤️🌹💜💖🎉

PPS learners showed incredible stamina, teamwork and school spirit today during the Inter-House Cross country competition! From the first whistle to the finish line every runner gave it their all. So proud of the competence and determination on display.

Join us this evening as over 200 talented young performers from schools across Mutare take to the stage for an unforgettable celebration of music, dance, poetry, drama, comedy and instrumental performances.

📅 Today – Monday, 3 August 2026
📍 Queens Hall, Mutare
🕕 Show starts at 6:00 pm SHARP

🚪 Please arrive by 5:30 pm to allow enough time for:

* Ticket collection
* Food purchases
* Finding your seat
* Settling in before the programme begins

The show will begin promptly at 6:00 pm and will not be delayed for late arrivals.

Bring your family, bring your friends, and come ready to cheer on the incredible young stars of Mutare!

📖 Penhalonga Preparatory School | July Newsletter 2026

"We are a family."

Those four simple words became the theme of July at Penhalonga Preparatory School, beautifully capturing the spirit of our school community. Throughout the month, we celebrated academic perseverance during our Mid-Year Examinations, joyful classroom experiences, creative club activities, meaningful acts of service through our donation drive to Hartzell Orphanage Centre, and the wonderful partnership we share with our parents through events such as Windows on Work and our Annual General Meeting.

At PPS, we believe that education is about far more than academic success. It is about nurturing character, kindness, curiosity and a genuine sense of belonging. Every experience helps shape confident learners who are prepared not only for the classroom, but for life.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated staff, supportive parents and incredible learners for making July such a memorable month. Together, we continue to build a school where every child is known, encouraged and inspired to reach their full potential.

Our PPS Tuckshop will be serving a delicious selection of food and refreshments on the night, and you can pre-order your meal when purchasing your event ticket so it's ready and waiting for you during the interval.
