Lomagundi College Primary School LCPS is based in the tranquil Makonde hills, on the outskirts of Chinhoyi, Zimbabwe.

We are a co-educational boarding and day school, located in the Makonde Hills range, only 8km from Chinhoyi. Lomagundi College Primary School prides itself on offering the best all-round education as we aim to prepare young people for happiness and success in their adult lives. We recently had 15 of our students proudly represent our school at the TT Rock Stars Hall of Fame event.

They performed exceptionally well, showing great speed, accuracy, and excellent times tables skills. They also displayed teamwork, determination, and good sportsmanship throughout the event.

We were also delighted to win the Best Dressed School Shield, a wonderful achievement that reflects the creativity and school spirit of our pupils.

What a joyful morning it was! Our learners jumped straight out of bed and into school, looking colourful and ready to learn in style.

Last Saturday we successfully concluded our winter sports season with the 7s Rugby and Indoor Girls' Hockey Festival.

Congratulations to Lusitania Primary School for clinching top honors in rugby and to LCPS for winning the girls' indoor hockey title.

A special shout-out to Princess Majera, who was named Best Goalkeeper, and to Mannaseh Chiwara, who finished as Top Goal Scorer.

Our young innovators made us exceptionally proud at the Robotics Championships. Competing against seven top schools, our learners showcased outstanding creativity, teamwork, and determination.

Junior Team: Earned 2nd Place, taking home silver medals and a trophy.
Senior Team: Claimed 1st Place, taking home gold medals and the Overall Champions Trophy.
