The Rock Foundation Sprints Challenge 2026 was a wonderful and successful event. We would like to thank the six traveling schools for attending and making the competition exciting.

Special appreciation goes to Rock Foundation parents and visiting parents for their amazing support. We also thank our dedicated volunteers for their hard work behind the scenes.

Congratulations to RFHS for finishing 1st place at the Rock Foundation Sprints Challenge 2026! 🏆 We also extend our sincere congratulations to all the participating schools for making the event exciting and competitive.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to Khun Ambulance for providing professional medical services throughout the event. Your support helped ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes and spectators.

On 28 February 2026, Rock Foundation Junior School hosted an exciting Interhouse Athletics Day filled with energy, determination and house spirit.

Congratulations to Munyati House for emerging winners with 880 points, closely followed by Sebakwe House with 851 points. Shout out to Ross Pharmacy for being our main sponsor on the day.

We are incredibly proud of all our athletes for their effort, teamwork, and resilience. A big thank you to our teachers, parents, and supporters who made the day a memorable success.👏🏾💙💚

Rock Foundation has raced to the top, claiming a spectacular 1st Place at the Greathood Academy Invitational Cross Country Challenge 2026! 🥇🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

With unstoppable determination, powerful finishes, and true team spirit, our athletes conquered every kilometre and left their mark on the course. A huge congratulations to our outstanding athletes who brought home medals.
