The Accredited International Credentials (AIC) is the Global Body for Tertiary Education Management and Administration professionals, a membership driven, a competent professional organization that exists to provide a forum for research, practice development, knowledge sharing and the advocacy of the world’s highest ethical and best practices in edu

STRATEGIC OBJECTS
The strategic objectives of AIC are:
- To create a reliable database for legally registered education institution, research companies, consultancy and individual professionals and facilitate training and examinations for the internationally recognized education credentials or certifications in Zimbabwe and world-over.
- To develop acceptable standards, rules and regulations and recognize education credentials in collaboration with the Higher and Tertiary Education Authorities in Zimbabwe and world over.
- To generally enhance the standard of tertiary education in Zimbabwe and world-over through improvement in tertiary education management and administration;
- To facilitate members and non-members sharing information and ideas in the area of tertiary education management and administration;
- To formulate principles of best practice, promote and undertake research, gather data, and disseminate information on best practice, research results and data gathered to agencies and professionals in the area of tertiary education management and administration;
- To provide professional education and training to persons in the area of tertiary education management and administration in order to improve the efficiency and quality of tertiary institutions and tertiary education in the world;
- To provide facilities for professional education and training, including scholarships, research grants and travel grants, to persons in the area of tertiary education management and administration and to improve the standard, efficiency and quality of tertiary education in Zimbabwe and world-over;
- To maintain and improve the level of professional competence and practice in the field of tertiary education administration and management;
- To encourage increasing and outstanding contributions to tertiary education management and administration practice;
- To promote management links, seconds and exchange programs between tertiary institutions, business, industry and government in Zimbabwe and internationally to benefit the education sector in Zimbabwe; and
- To stimulate tertiary education management and administration by facilitating innovation in the Zimbabwean higher and tertiary education sector. OUR SERVICES
MEMBERSHIP
AIC has only 2 (two) membership categories designed to accommodate individual professionals and corporate. Most of AIC members are drawn from legally registered and recognized education institutions world-wide. AIC is not a regulatory authority, all its members voluntarily subscribe to the global tertiary education management and administration standards of ethics, universal applicable values and practices. Membership categories
• Corporate Membership
A large, medium, smaller education institution or academic department, commercial organization or government department that, in the opinion of the Executive Committee the member qualifies to be a corporate member of the AIC and has completed an application form, kept the Executive of the AIC informed as to the current address and paid the due subscription fees. The membership subscription fees for such a corporate member shall be set by the Executive Committee from time to time and is to be reflected on the application form. The Executive Committee is entitled to reject such an application form and return the subscription fees and is also entitled to suspend or terminate such a membership. The Executive Committee is not bound to provide reasons for such a rejection. The member must be a legally registered entity, complying with relevant regulatory authorities, registered in country of origin.
• Individual Professional Membership
Any natural person who supports the mission and goals of the AIC, a qualified with any relevant qualifications that, in the opinion of the Executive Committee the member qualifies to be a professional member of the AIC and has completed an application form, kept the Executive of the AIC informed as to his/her current address and paid the due subscription fees. The membership subscription fees for such an individual professional member shall be set by the Executive Committee from time to time and is to be reflected on the application form. ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
The AIC runs its annual conference and expo - the International Education Management Conference and Exposition (IEMC & EXPO) - in association with highly recognized tertiary institutions. IEMC & EXPO is a flagship event that exposes members (individual and\ or corporate to national and international trends in tertiary education and education management. The annual conference and expo provides an opportunity for members to share outcomes of their initiatives, assist in the development of best practice across the sector and discuss work initiatives with their peers and take time to market their products and services.

One of the great benefits of belonging to a professional organization dedicated to education and education management or administration, is the opportunity to meet with colleagues working in similar environments with similar challenges. Opportunities for networking are extensive, including:

AIC provides a voice for its members. As a professional organization representing administrative and management staff, it can provide a unique insight into current tertiary education and education management issues.

In order to assist members develop a global view of issues facing tertiary education, AIC has a number of international links with similar professional associations, and has reciprocal arrangements for conference attendance.AIC also develops strategic partnerships with education institutions and organizations to provide members with access to the widest range of quality programmes and services. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
Through its corporate members AIC administers or hosts training workshops for ONLY accredited and highly recognized professional certification programmes. AIC shall after thorough assessment recognize professional certifications in the following disciplines among other:

Accredited International Credentials (AICG): TEMA programme facilitation team will today fly to Bulawayo ahead of the TEMA seminar scheduled to run for two days from 23 to 24 May 2018 at Holiday Inn Bulawayo. The leader of the delegation Dr. J. Bowora who is also the current AICG Board Chair said he is proud to be accompanied by a team of professionals that includes; Mrs. Y. Guwuriro, Mr. W. Gwarimbo and Mr. L. Mushaikwa and hoped that the delivery will be upto to the AICG’s Recommended Global Standards.

TEMA seminar is a learning programme, a refresher course designed for the practicing educational leaders, managers, administrators and academia in both governmental and non-governmental institutions; to impart them with knowledge and hands-on skills on how to properly administer educational programs within a given education system that vary country by country. The programme is an integration of 9 knowledge areas that includes: Educational Policies and Evaluation, Curriculum Development and Evaluation, Economics of Education and Planning among other.

The facilitation team is also expected to deliver other sessions lined-up for Gweru, Mutare, Mashcentral among other. The idea is about retooling our educational managers and administrators not ONLY in Zimbabwe but world-over. AICG is set to also launch TEMA training programme in neighbouring countries of Zimbabwe that includes among South Africa and Botswana.
