KinderCare Zimbabwe t/a Kinder Kids World is a private organisation whose purpose is to help bridge the gap between the community and the preschools/nursery schools that exist in Zimbabwe. The community needs to know which preschools exist in Harare and other areas in Zimbabwe and which ones are the reputable ones to send their kids to. Many nurseries exist but not everyone knows about them, thus
this platform has been created for preschools and nurseries to come register with us and we assist them in showcasing their nurseries to the public. It is also an opportunity for service providers for nurseries and preschools to participate as well to showcase what they do such as gymnastics, aerobics, music, financial services etc. Service providers of nursery and preschools can advertise on our website and platform including qualified or experienced ECD staff who can seek for employment in these nurseries through our website and page. As KinderCare Zimbabwe we aim to assist the preschools in Zimbabwe in the following ways:
i) with information that will assist their businesses to be run effectively and efficiently. This includes information on project management, budgetary control, cashflow management, stock management, staff management, software use for preschools etc. ii) We hold a database of preschools in Zimbabwe by location and this we circulate to the public regularly to assist them in raising awareness of their preschools. iii) Advertising their preschools on their behalf
iv) Sending them leads or interested parents who will be willing to register their kids at their preschools
v) Holding workshops in partnership with other local organisations such as Zechidef,, World Links etc. vi) Holding exhibitions allowing pre-schools to showcase themselves to the public. Our first exhibition was held on 25 May 2013 in Harare. For other towns/ cities we will plan for them in the near future.
