We are thrilled to announce that Elevate Trust will be joining the commemorations for the 2026 International Girls in ICT Day!
On 15 May 2026, we head to Bulawayo. Under the powerful global theme, "AI for Development: Girls Shaping the Digital Future,"we are coming together to bridge the gender gap and inspire the next generation of female tech leaders.
As part of Zimbabwe’s national digital transformation, this event targets over 2,000 young women and girls. We are excited to ensure that girls aren't just users of technology, but the innovators and leaders driving solutions in agriculture, health, and beyond.
We are ready to shape the future. We are excited!

Mentorship has the power to inspire, guide, and unlock limitless potential.
Join us on 14 May 2026 at the National University of Science and Technology for our Mentorship Masterclass celebrating Girls in ICT — a space where young women will connect with mentors, gain valuable insights, build confidence, and be inspired to pursue careers in technology and innovation.

Building the next generation of ecosystem leaders
The question with a lot of grant programming is what happens after the grant ends???
Our answer is the JOINA Youth Envoy and the JOINA app
In this last phase of JOINA, we are building more than entrepreneurs we are building community voices, connectors, and leaders from the marginalised areas we trained.
Every Saturday, JOINA Youth Envoys from across Zimbabwe are engaging in a structured training programme designed to strengthen representation, advocacy, and ecosystem access.
This continuity matters.
It ensures that young people are not only participating in the economy, but are actively shaping it, bringing grassroots realities into decision-making spaces.
Through this programme, we are equipping envoys to:
• Step into leadership
• Understand where to knock
• Build networks that unlock opportunity
This is about developing individuals who will
continue building communities long after the programme ends.
