As part of our continued commitment to strengthening industry-aligned training, we are pleased to share that a specialised 2-week intensive programme with a Bakery Division expert from PUM Netherlands senior experts is currently underway for our Patisserie students.

This hands-on training is focused on advancing technical competencies in:
-Artisan bread production
- Refined pastry techniques
-Product quality improvement
-Production efficiency and professional standards

As a training institution, we believe exposure to international expertise is essential in preparing our students for both local and global industry demands. This collaboration not only enhances student skills, but also strengthens our institutional capacity and curriculum delivery.

Our team has returned from the Young Chef Olympiad not just with memories, but with the Best Ambassador Award. This is a recognition of Tadiwa's confidence, courtesy, and global mindset.

We are immensely proud of how Tadiwa represented our institution and Zimbabwe on an international stage. Congratulations to the organisers for creating such a meaningful and inspiring platform for young chefs worldwide.
