Muscles are responsive to the amount of work you give them to do. Add some more challenging work once you have recovered from two or three sessions by either adding more weight, increasing the number of sets or increasing how often you work on the. You overload (giving them more work) by:
F - Frequency- how often
I - Intensity- how hard
T - Time - increase the time
T - Type - what you want to do.
Are you part of them that believe Friday is different from any other day? The Hoza Friday mantra ! Is it not just your attitude towards Friday ?

I was thinking aloud over this video I got from some WhatsApp group. Are these parents in agreement with the school authorities that students' failure was solely to blame on the use of phones? Are phones distractive or they aid learning? If they are , what should schools do about the use of phones by students. If they are not , would you buy an expensive phone for your child to take to school? So many questions are ringing in my head right now..What's your thoughts on this matter?
