Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a sacred season of reflection, repentance and renewal in the life of the Church. As we enter this solemn journey, we are reminded of this year’s theme: Repent and believe in the Gospel. It is a call to realign our hearts, strengthen our faith and deepen our commitment to Christ.

Dominican Convent School Harare warmly invites all members of our community, parents, alumni and friends of the Convent family to join us for the Ash Wednesday Mass.

The Dominican Convent Careers Department hosted a Universities Fair that brought together students from Convent and neighbouring schools to engage directly with university representatives. The fair provided valuable insight into study pathways, admission requirements and a wide range of career choice options, supporting students as they make informed decisions about their future academic and professional journeys.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Careers Department for their organisation and vision, to all the universities in attendance for their time and guidance, and to the students for their enthusiastic participation, which collectively made the event a great success.
