The Truth
Desire to inspire in this empire before you expire. There are 3 kinds of people in this world: 1. Those who make a difference 2. Those who watch others make a difference 3. Those who don't know what's going on...if that is the case, CHOOSE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Waiting & Dating part 2
Few weeks we discussed on "When is the right time to date", if you missed that part just check the 2nd last message. Today we want to talk on choosing someone for dating. What should we look for in a person? What should we focus on? If you think you like that guy or that girl, what are the most important things to look at before getting in a relationship? Today, we will talk of one thing that might affect someone but it is quite true. The word of God always guides us in all things; so lets look at 2 Corinthians 6 vs 14, "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness"
Apostle Paul makes it plain that getting yoked with someone with different faith beliefs is troublesome. The word yoke means "used of something that represents a bond between two parties eg. The yoke of marriage"'~iOS dictionary. You hear someone say, 'I can change him/her, or he will change' referring to an unbeliever. Truth is, in as much as someone thinks he/she loves that person who is not born again, there are many cases that will arise that will cause tension. So what is wise? The first step for a born again christian before getting in a relationship is to check if the person liked is also born again to avoid complications and troubles that comes with being unequally yoked. So what are the other things then? Don't miss out part 3!

Who do you spend your time with? It matters! Proverbs 13 vs. 20, “Keep company with the wise and you will become wise. If you make friends with stupid people, you will be ruined”(GNT) A great business man who goes by the name Strive Masiyiwa, who is the leader of Econet Global which owns Econet Wireless, Mascom & many other renowned profit making businesses once said something that added value to my social life. Before he started Econet Wireless in Zimbabwe, he was hanging around a potential investor who had a lot of money in his savings to start a bank. However, he needed more for that bank to become exactly what he was foreseeing. So Mr Masiiwa discussed with that man over lunch, on his dream of building Econet Wireless (Telecommunications Company which is currently the most profitable over other industry rivals in Zimbabwe) and they agreed that his friend would invest all his money into Mr Masiiwa’s dream.
When Econet Wireless flourished and expanded, after some years the investor managed to get his money back with figures more than he invested and he started his own bank. Both parties won! Dr Mike Murdock says “Those who do not increase you will inevitably decrease you.” So the question is who do you spend your time with? IT MATTERS!

As a young person growing up you may ask, what is the the right time/age to date? How do I choose the right person for dating? These are questions that most young christians have but some do not have answers. Let us look into the word of God for more detail. Genesis 2 vs 18, "Then the Lord God said, IT IS NOT GOOD FOR THE MAN TO LIVE ALONE. I WILL MAKE A COMPANION TO HELP HIM" Note that the man was not LONELY, but he was ALONE, there is a huge difference. So how do you know that you are ready to date as a young person? The first point is do you know your assignment in life. Why would you want to get in a relationship and try to know someone else when you don't even know yourself? Know your gifts, dreams and life assignment first. When God made Adam a helper, Adam was not desperate to be in a relationship; he was not in NEED, infact he was busy working on his assignment. Meaning to say a person is ready to date not because of age, or environment, but when he/she is not desperate or in need to date. A person is ready to date when he/she knows the perks and pitfalls of dating. Most importantly a person is ready to date when he/she knows God's standards for relationships before marriage.
Wisdom Key Question: What can you do with someone else when you haven't fully mastered yourself? To be continued.....
