Clean sweep - The Basketball 1st Team’s recent crowning as the 2026 Under 20 ATS National Champions was a befitting end to a season where the Under 16, Under 15 and Under 14 teams all dominated and won their respective ATS National Basketball Festivals.

Coach Garwe, the Head of Basketball, attributes the success of the Basketball Programme to a joint effort combining the contributions of fellow Basketball Coach Ngove, players across the age groups, their parents as well as ongoing support from the Sports Director Ms Banda and Head of School Dr Reilly.

The Chisipite Hockey 1st Team delivered an outstanding performance at the 2026 Golden Girls Tournament, finishing as Runners-Up after an impressive campaign.

They topped their pool after victories over Hellenic Academy (1-0), Girls’ College (4-0), and Gateway High School (5-0), while drawing 0-0 against The Heritage and Wise Owl High School despite creating numerous scoring opportunities in both matches.

In the Semi-Final, the Team produced one of their strongest performances of the tournament, defeating Peterhouse Girls 4-1.

Entering the Final with confidence and determination, the Team created several chances and worked tirelessly from start to finish. Unfortunately, despite controlling much of the game, they were unable to convert their opportunities, while their opponents capitalised on a single chance to secure a 1-0 victory.

Chisipite’s players demonstrated exceptional skill, commitment, teamwork, and resilience throughout the tournament and represented the School with great pride.
