Day well spent...
Our second year Commis Chefs had a great time at the Baking Centre - Lessaffre where they received training on Bread-making & a wide range of other products. A terrific learning experience for the group which was fun interactive and hands-on. Thank you Lesaffre for always giving our trainees these learning opportunities!
