I'm considering creating a 6-week Midlife Vitality Reset for women 40+ that combines Pilates, nutrition guidance and lifestyle habits to help restore energy and strength.
The goal would be that after 6 weeks you feel more energised, stronger and back in control of your vitality.
I would really appreciate your input:
