Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you well. We are excited to kick off Term 3, and the school is already buzzing with activity. This term promises to be an eventful one, with various activities lined up to enrich our students' learning experience.
*Swimming Lessons*
As part of our extracurricular activities, we will be having swimming lessons every Wednesday. We kindly request that parents provide the correct attire for swimming. For swimming, please ensure your child wears a proper swimsuit. Shorts and tights are not allowed for swimming. For general school attire on Wednesdays during September and October, our learners can wear their golf shirts and shorts without tracksuits.
*Grade 7 Examinations*
Our Grade 7 students will be starting their examinations on September 22nd. Let's wish them all the best! We will also be hosting a farewell party for them, and we invite all parents to join in the celebration. The school will provide a big cake, and learners are encouraged to bring and share snacks (please provide non-cooked food).
*Weekly Themes*
As part of our efforts to instill good morals and values, we have planned weekly themes that will be discussed in class. We encourage parents to engage with their children about the lessons learned each week to reinforce their understanding.
*Homework and Holiday Work*
We urge parents to encourage their children to complete their homework and assignments regularly. Unfortunately, some learners did not complete their holiday work, and we kindly request that parents support their children in catching up.
*Open Door Policy*
As always, we maintain an open-door policy, and parents are welcome to discuss any suggestions or concerns they may have for the growth and development of our school.
Thank you for entrusting us with your children. We promise to do our best to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for their growth.
Best regards,
