📚 GRASSIAZ READING SCHOOL🌟

Is your child ready to read with confidence? At Grassiaz, we don’t just teach reading; we build the essential life skills every student needs to reach the stars!

🎯 OUR CORE FOCUS
We target the 5 pillars of literacy to ensure no child is left behind:

1. Phonemic Awareness: The ability to hear, identify, and manipulate individual sounds in words.

2. Phonics: Decoding sounds and linking them to letters or spelling patterns.

3. Fluency: The ability to read text accurately, quickly, and with proper expression.

4. Vocabulary: Developing a deep understanding of word meanings and language structures.

5. Comprehension: Our ultimate goal—ensuring students can interpret and truly understand what they read.

🛠️ HOW WE TEACH: OUR STRUCTURE
Our program is designed for results through:

✅ Evidence-Based Instruction: Systematic and explicit teaching methods.
📖 Phonic Practice: Using high-quality decodable readers.
✍️ Writing & Spelling: Integrating literacy skills for total mastery.
📚 Children’s Literature: Sparking a lifelong love for reading.
⏰ Focused Sessions: 1-hour lessons dedicated to instruction and intervention.
📊 Progress Tracking: Regular exercises to assess growth and identify specific challenges.

✨ GIVE YOUR CHILD THE ADVANTAGE THEY DESERVE!
Early intervention is the key to academic achievement.

🌟 GIVE YOUR CHILD THE GIFT OF FLUENCY & WATCH THEM REACH THE STARS! 🌟

FACT: Children who can read fluently write impeccably and open doors to a world of opportunity! 🚀

At Grassiaz, we believe that reading is the foundation of all success. Whether it’s Science, Math, or History, a child cannot succeed in any subject without strong reading skills.

Unfortunately, when learners are passed to the next grade with inadequate reading skills, they continue to struggle. This "literacy gap" impacts:
✅ Decoding & Spelling: Rooted in phonological awareness.
✅ Writing Skills: Affected by poor phonics.
✅ Academic Knowledge: Limited by vocabulary and comprehension.

Reading is a life skill. Parents, it is vital to intervene early to help your child put their best foot forward! 👣

🚩 THE PARENTAL CHECKLIST: IS YOUR CHILD STRUGGLING?
Take this quick quiz. Answer YES or NO to the following:

1️⃣ Is your child reading below the level of their peers?
2️⃣ Do they have difficulty sounding out words or pronouncing them?
3️⃣ Do they struggle to recognize words they should already know?
4️⃣ Is their reading "choppy" (lacking fluency and expression)?
5️⃣ Do they have trouble summarizing or recalling what they just read?
6️⃣ Do they struggle to connect new reading to things they already know?
7️⃣ Do they exhibit anxiety or say “I can’t do it” when asked to read?
8️⃣ Do they avoid reading altogether with a negative attitude?
9️⃣ Do they struggle with spelling and writing sentences?
🔟 Do reading/writing tasks take an unusually long time to complete?
1️⃣1️⃣ Are they easily distracted or abandon reading tasks midway?

FACT: YOU KNOW YOUR CHILD BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE! If you answered "YES" to most of these, it’s time to take immediate action so your child doesn’t fall further behind.
