And that’s a wrap!

A few pictures from our 2025 Leavers’ Dance, where we said goodbye to some of our amazing students as they head out into the world as talented, compassionate, and God-fearing young people.

We wish you all the very best and will hold tightly to the memories you’ve made with us.

Go shine, Class of 2025! ✨

Yesterday was one of those days that remind us why we love what we do at Live & Learn School. Our Bushwhackers Club made us incredibly proud with their exemplary behaviour, curiosity, and respect for nature.

We were honoured to host Stephen Robin and Ant, who brought along some magnificent owls and delivered a captivating presentation on conservation and wildlife. Both visitors commented on how refreshing it was to speak to such well-mannered, attentive, and engaged young learners.

A huge well done to our Bushwhackers! 🌱
Your passion for learning, nature, and respectful conduct shines brighter every week.

Keep exploring. Keep asking questions. Keep growing. 🌍✨

Throwback Thursday!

This one takes us back to last year’s Form 4 Geo/Enviros Camp, where our determined students set their sights on Mt Nyangani — and conquered it! ⛰️

What a moment of resilience, teamwork, and pure Live & Learn spirit.

Another Proud Moment for Live & Learn Rowing!

We are thrilled to share that three of our outstanding rowers - Edward Barrett, Peter Barrett, and Connor Whiting - were officially invited to the Rowing Association of Zimbabwe (RAZ) Annual General Meeting held at The Twiss Pavilion, Arundel.

At this prestigious event, they each received a Certificate of Recognition from RAZ for their exceptional achievements and medal wins at the Senior South African Rowing Championships. Their commitment, discipline, and sheer hard work continue to bring honour not only to our school, but to rowing in Zimbabwe as a whole.

Adding to the celebration, our very own Mr Fowlds was honoured with a RAZ Service Award for his incredible dedication and long-standing contribution to rowing in Zimbabwe. A truly well-deserved recognition!

Congratulations to Edward, Peter, Connor, and Mr Fowlds. You make the entire Live & Learn community immensely proud.

At Live & Learn School, we are incredibly proud of our alumni who carry our values into the world and Evan is a powerful example of resilience, courage, and character.

After completing high school with us, Evan went on to attend Quest Africa in the Eastern Cape, where he continued to push boundaries and inspire everyone around him.

Despite tearing his quad and being placed on strict crutches, he refused to let injury hold him back. With extraordinary determination, he completed every Epic Challenge and showed what true perseverance looks like.

At his Quest graduation, Evan was recognised with:
🏅 2025 Character of the Year
🏅 Gold Standard for completing all 6 Epic Challenges
🏆 The inaugural LIVINGSTON Award, created in his honour after he completed a 50km sand dune hike on crutches.

Evan, you have made the entire Live & Learn family immensely proud. You continue to inspire every learner who walks through our doors — and we can’t wait to hear your stories the next time you come to speak to our current students.
