Dr Derek Westfall is a supply chain educator, author, and industry practitioner with 38+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. He spent 15 years at Boeing as Senior Supply Chain Project Manager, leading strategic initiatives and complex transformations.

He holds a Doctorate in organisational change and Leadership (USC) and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management (Penn State). Currently, he is a full-time instructor at Oregon State University and has taught at the university level since 2017.

A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 12 professional certifications, Dr. Westfall also teaches ASCM and other certification programs. He is the author of How to Create a Winning 3PL Partnership and The Ecosystem Supply Chain Edge.

His expertise spans supply chain transformation, 3PL integration, process improvement, and building resilient ecosystems. Passionate about innovation, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships, he helps organizations create sustainable competitive advantage

Kudzai Patson Zisengwe is the Chief Operating Officer of CyberGenius and a respected cybersecurity governance, ICT assurance and AI governance specialist. He has extensive experience helping organisations strengthen cyber resilience, improve technology governance and manage digital risks across financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing and the public sector.

His expertise spans cybersecurity governance, ICT audits, data protection, vulnerability assessments and pe*******on testing (VAPT), digital transformation, AI governance, enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance. Passionate about responsible innovation, Kudzai works with boards, executives and technology leaders to navigate the evolving challenges of cybersecurity, privacy, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
