There is nothing quite like the "aha!" moment when a preschooler realizes they have the power to create brand-new colors right in the palm of their hands! We transformed our classroom into a messy, marvelous laboratory as we traded brushes for fingers to explore the magic of color chemistry.
Watching Blue and Yellow swirl into vibrant greens and Yellow and Red pop into bright oranges was pure joy. But the real fun started when we got adventurous! We discovered that mixing Red and Green (all our primaries meeting at once!) creates those perfect, earthy browns, while Yellow and Green gave us a zesty lime glow. It was a sensory masterpiece of sticky fingers and bright smiles! 🌈👩‍🎨
