Jews read the Bible & take the principles from there seriously and very practically.Jews are one of the most wealthiest race.2 important principles I have learnt are specialization & community in belief. In the end of Genesis(Genesis 49)
, Jacob gave specific blessings to his children that meant each child had a specialization that they were given and needed to build on.This is very critical in building wealth. Because of this each specilist depend on the next person so in prayers and belief everyone prays for each other because of a community ecosystem structure. This is what God wants and is impressed with we see that with Job as he prayed for his friends ,God then gave him twice as much(Job 42:10 After Job had prayed for his friends, the LORD restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before)..We see the same with Solomon asking for wisdom from God,not for his gain but to lead God’s people (1 Kings 3:9 Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that I may discern between good and evil, for who is able to govern this your great people?”).
It's key to specialization then build an ecosystem of specilists to depend on.Our prayers should be for what we want for others to benefit as we are inter connected,if one fails it affect the whole ecosystem.
There is a statement that is said about Jews which says ,"You never see a Jew cut their own grass or fix their own car" ,this comes from the idea that they call a specilist in their community to do work they not specialized to do and focus on what they great at.It goes to point out that they care for each other and pray for each other because your doctor is your brother or sister so it's important to support him or her and the same person will support you because they value your specility which you will become the best as that's your main focus.Goes beyond that to make it obvious that Jews will stay close to each and buy properties so to preserve wealth and the community.
