Tournament Summary
Roosevelt advanced to the semi-finals as Group A winners to face Arundel in a match that proved to be both an eye-opener and a serious reality check. After a hard-fought goalless draw, the match was decided by a tense penalty shootout. Goalkeeper Nyasha Nyamaropa saved the day by blocking two penalties. Despite Tatenda Rinomhota missing her spot-kick, Chipo Mutare calmly converted the decisive penalty to seal a 4–3 shootout victory, sending the team through to the finals against Mount Pleasant High.

The final was an incredibly intense match, but Roosevelt commandingly took a 2–0 lead before the half-time whistle. They put on a solid defensive display in the second half to hold onto their lead until the final whistle, officially crowning themselves the Northern Central District Champions.
