Our primary and high school students went head-to-head in an epic showdown of house colours last week! The energy and teamwork were incredible! Thank you to our parents for your continued support and well done to the athletes who made it a day to remember. It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we, the Midlands Christian Group of Schools, extend our deepest condolences to the Falcon College community and the Boka family following the passing of Jared Boka. As fellow members of the ATS educational fraternity, we are united with you in this hard time.

Throwback to our 2025 final Prefects Tea! We wish our class of 2025 students all the very best and we look forward to celebrating further accomplishments with them.

On Saturday the 22nd of March, the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education held its inaugural National Schools Excellence Awards where 107 schools were recognised for academic excellence out of the more than 12 000 schools in Zimbabwe. We are overjoyed to announce that Midlands Christian School was celebrated for its outstanding 2025 Grade Seven results. We were honored with the prestigious Award for Best ATS Grade Seven School in our category and size. This achievement would not have been possible without our incredible Staff, their dedication and unwavering belief in our students made this achievement possible. Their passion, commitment, and tireless efforts to guide and inspire our students have led to this amazing recognition.

Our lunch area is always abuzz with activity as some of our day scholars enjoy a delicious and hearty meal from the school dining hall. The space is always filled with happy chatter and satisfied smiles as the children bond over their food.

Last week culminated in a showcase of voice and character! It was truly amazing to watch our children stand on stage and deliver their prepared and impromptu speeches with such eloquence. The level of confidence displayed was inspiring. Well done to every participant for finding their voice, and a very well done to our winning house for their exceptional performance on the podium this year!
