🌿 LEARNING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM! 🚌📚

Our IGCSE & A Level Environmental Management learners recently took their learning beyond the classroom on an exciting field investigation at Hidden Valley.

From observing the environment first-hand to exploring the natural surroundings and connecting classroom concepts to real-world experiences, the trip was a perfect blend of learning, exploration and unforgettable memories. 🌱🔬🌍

Learners put practical techniques into action, including:

🪲 Pitfall trapping — investigating ground-dwelling organisms
🌿 Sweeping nets — exploring biodiversity in vegetation
🍃 Beating trays — sampling organisms living among foliage
💧 Water turbidity investigations — assessing water quality

Theory brought to life through practical experience. 🎓🌍
