The Quinton Senior School Environmental Management Club, in partnership with NetOne Zimbabwe – Makoni Branch, embarked on a clean-up campaign aimed at promoting environmental responsibility and ensuring a litter-free environment.

Through this collaboration, learners were reminded that environmental stewardship begins with individual responsibility. A clean environment not only improves the appearance of our communities but also helps prevent diseases, protects wildlife, and promotes healthier living conditions for everyone.

The campaign also highlighted the value of partnerships between schools and corporate organisations. By working together, Quinton Senior School and NetOne Zimbabwe demonstrated how collective action can inspire positive change and nurture a generation that values environmental conservation.

Quinton Senior School remains committed to raising environmentally conscious learners who understand that protecting the environment today secures a better tomorrow. The school extends its sincere appreciation to NetOne Zimbabwe – Makoni Branch for partnering in this noble cause and for supporting initiatives that empower young people to become champions of environmental sustainability. 🌍🌱♻️

Deep deep in the bundu valuable lessons were taught to Newbie Quintonians.Far from modern civilisation and familiar environs a new course was charted with lots of fun and frenzy......
Form 1 Orientation marks a significant milestone in the lives of our learners as they transition into secondary education within the Quinton Community. It is more than just an introduction to a new school environment; it is a foundational experience that shapes attitudes, values, and a sense of belonging.
Guided by the theme “Embracing African Heritage”, the orientation reminded our learners of who they are and where they come from. Our African heritage teaches respect, unity, responsibility, and pride in one’s identity. By grounding learners in these values from the very beginning, we nurture confident young people who appreciate their culture and uphold the traditions that define us as a community.
As learners step into a new phase filled with academic demands, social adjustments, and personal growth, resilience equips them to face challenges with courage and determination. They learnt that setbacks are not failures, but opportunities to grow stronger—an enduring lesson deeply rooted in African wisdom.
Through Form 1 Orientation, learners were
introduced to the expectations, culture, and spirit of the Quinton Community. They are encouraged to support one another, respect authority, and strive for excellence while remaining anchored in their identity.
In embracing our heritage and cultivating resilience, we lay a strong foundation for learners to thrive academically, socially, and morally—preparing them not only for success at Quinton, but for life beyond the classroom.

At Quinton Senior School, we believe that education goes beyond books and examinations—it also nurtures the heart and mind. Heart-to-heart sessions for our boys and girls provide a safe, guided space where learners can openly discuss life issues, emotions, values, relationships, and personal challenges.
These sessions help our learners understand themselves better, build confidence, make informed decisions, and develop respect for themselves and others. By addressing real-life topics in an age-appropriate and supportive environment, we empower our boys and girls to grow into emotionally strong, responsible, and principled young adults.
Heart-to-heart sessions play a vital role in shaping character, promoting mental well-being, and reinforcing the values that define the Quinton Senior School community

Lower 6 enrolment for Cambridge and Zimsec is still open.
