*Notice of Resuming PBCs Registration through ZYC: 12 August 2020*

The Zimbabwe Youth Council and Registra of Companies under the *Covid19 Youth Relief Programme* have partnered to spearhead *Registration and Formation of Youth Businesses* in line with the call by *His Excellence President ED Mnangagwa* under lockdown * * where only registered businesses will be allowed to operate.

*Procedure for Registration*

*Step 1:* Compulsory online Name Search where you Pay *ZWL$80.00* for Name search through the link below,
https://zimeservices.pfms.gov.zw/ and enter your preferred 5 names of the company and its objectives. You should immediately get a reference number for the search and CV4 on your email.

*Step 2:*. Completion of CR28 Form with the assistance of ZYC Secretariat and payment of the processing fee inclusive of stationery amounting to *ZWL$800.00* through the Ecocash Merchant #341004 and send details (CV4 or search reference number and Directors details) to [email protected]

*Step 3*. Submission of signed CR28 to the Registra of Companies by the ZYC and allow for at least 2 weeks processing period.

*Step 4*. ZYC collects the company papers on your behalf and notify you when and where to pick up the documents through the supplied contact details.

*Note:* You can always upgrade your company from PBC to a Private Limited using the same trading name.
