Cannot believe we are half way through the term. Kids are swimming so well, and we are so proud of you all

Our annual Pre-primary gala. A little bit of joy goes a long way. This school promote swimming and the kids love their weekly lessons.

We have one week left of this swimming term! My pool will undergo some repairs and will be closed for winter. My team look forward to re-opening in September. We have had an exceptionally busy season and have completed in the region of 270 kids a week (100 from a local school) and the rest who visit us once or twice a week. Drowning kills far too many kids in our country.

Lessons are underway in spite of the weather, thank goodness for warm water and parents happy to swim on miserable days. Again this term we are full to overflowing! No new students as such, but siblings and current students who wanted to extend their days were accommodated as best we can.

2 weeks into the term, and swimmers are improving all the time. Luckily the water is nice and warm and Wednesdays cooler weather had no effects on attendance. The programme is really full with a few vacancies for kindergarten kids who need to develop their strokes.

The water is warm, the programme is almost full, roll on Monday!

Approval to begin lessons under Covid protocols has been given. The booking sheet is open!

Swimming lessons are set to make an appearance just as soon as the government lift the restrictions on sports. Hoping that by the beginning of September we will be able to begin. Those previously enrolled please phone if you want to remain on our lists. Newbies give us a while to assess our availability!
