This gaming shack does more than offer fun💯 It creates a space where children stay off the streets, away from drugs and harmful influences and are drawn into a positive environment that promotes critical thinking, teamwork and creativity✨

✨Last week we witnessed a major milestone in bridging digital divide through the handover of a US$100,000 solarisation project to a school in rural Matopo called Bazha Secondary 🥳An electrifying moment that aligns perfectly with everything we stand for!💪🏽

At Ulwazi Tech, we’re all about driving access to technology, bridging the digital divide and empowering communities through innovation, and that’s exactly what this project delivered.

Spearheaded by the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA), the project brought a 20kW solar PV system with a 40kWh battery bank to fully power the school, teachers’ cottages, a science lab and even a Starlink internet system donated by a former student now based in the UAE who used to walk for 3 hours to and from the next village to attend school. For over 300 learners in this remote community, it means access to electricity, internet and better learning conditions!

Officiated by Energy Minister Hon. July Moyo, It’s a shining example of how clean energy, education and tech can come together to change lives and we’re proud to witness it firsthand. This is what the future looks like and Ulwazi Tech is here for it! 🌞🚀📡
