Vacancy: Swimming Instructor/Coach
Pre-Requisites
• Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution, with 2-5 years working experience as a Swimming Instructor / Coach. Red Cross – Water Safety – Public Pools, Homes & Natural Bodies
• Experienced Certified Lifeguard, Youth Sports Instructor/Coach, Camp Counsellor, Childcare Provider etc
Duties
• Provide Individual Instruction to varying ages
• Design individualized programs to meet the participants interest, abilities and goals
• Educate participants on proper technique and promote swimmer safety.
• Provide Lesson plans as appropriate
• Conduct swim test as required
• Submit and maintain skill sheets, lesson logs and attendance information
Key skills
• Patient, strong Communication Skills, Ability to work independently and flexible
• Knowledge of landscaping will be an added advantage
