Turning Policy into Practice 📚✨

More than 200 educators from over 60 schools gathered at Trident College Annual Teachers’ Conference to learn, collaborate and share impactful practices that strengthen teaching and learning.

From Policy to Classroom Impact
Building competent, confident teachers for competency-based education.

Through collaboration, classroom excellence and supportive learning environments, educators exchanged ideas, shared experiences and explored practical strategies that bring policy to life in the classroom.

Because the greatest resource a teacher has is the teacher in the classroom next door.

Here’s to the teachers who continue to learn, lead and inspire—knowing that every shared idea, every conversation and every collaboration has the power to shape tomorrow’s learners.

We had our 2nd Residential at Trident College, marking the beginning of Module 2 and during our school holiday, we came together for an enriching experience filled with collaboration, practical learning, classroom reflection, and sharing of innovative teaching ideas.

We engage in practice-based teaching and learning alongside meaningful conversations about education in the present moment, continuously reminding ourselves why we do what we do and the impact we are called to make in our classrooms every day.

A special thank you to Mr. Samuel Lungu for delivering a truly inspirational session that challenged us to reflect deeply on our purpose as teachers and the difference we make through our work.

One question that stayed with us:
“What are we showing when we answer the question, ‘What do you do?’”

We are challenged to become the change-makers our profession needs, teachers who inspire, lead, and shape impact with passion and purpose.

These moments captured below are more than just photos, they are glimpses of learning in action: collaboration in motion, ideas being exchanged, reflection in progress, and growth happening in real time.
