We successfully concluded our Customer Service session under Cohort 5 of the Basic Business Development Training Programme.

The session focused on understanding customer service fundamentals, building positive business relationships, and creating a strong business image through excellent service delivery. These are skills that every entrepreneur and professional needs to remain competitive in today's business environment.
