Here is a very simple 5 minutes recipe for a snack everyone will absolutely love for Christmas.

You need.(10 servings)
5 eggs
2 slices of polony /cold meat of your choice
A small onion
Half a green pepper
2 tables of mayo
A small carrot grated
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Method
Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
Finely chop all the veggies
Mix the yolks, mayo, chopped vegetables and the cold meat
A teaspoon of vinger, salt to taste
