The Board, Management and Staff of Muyombe Boarding Secondary School is proud of this year’s maize harvest. The yield has been very encouraging and is expected to greatly benefit the pupils.

With this harvest, pupils will enjoy fresh maize as part of their meals, especially for breakfast meal samp. As the maize continues to dry and is processed, it will also be used to prepare mealie meal for nshima, and other nutritious dishes for both lunch and breakfast.

This achievement not only supports the school feeding program but also promotes sustainability and self-reliance within the school.

The Board and Staff remain committed to ensuring that such initiatives continue to improve the welfare and well-being of all pupils.

APPRECIATION MESSAGE TO OUR HEAD TEACHER, TEACHERS AND PUPILS IN THE GREEN CLUB

On behalf of the Green Club of Muyombe Boarding Secondary School, we would like to sincerely appreciate our Head Teacher for his unwavering support and encouragement towards environmental activities in our school.

We are especially grateful for his leadership in planting the very first tree as we participate in the Absa Bank Zambia Plant A Tree Competition. His action has inspired both pupils and teachers to actively take part in promoting environmental conservation within our school.

Our goal as the School Green Club is to plant 1,000 trees and win the competition. With the strong support from our Head Teacher, administration, teachers, and pupils, we believe this goal is achievable.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the entire school administration, the teachers, and all pupils who are actively involved in this noble cause. Your participation and commitment are greatly valued.

Muyombe Boarding Secondary School would like to extend its heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Geoffrey Kanyika for his long, dedicated, and exemplary service in the education sector.

Mr. Kanyika has faithfully served for many years at the School, where he worked tirelessly in various capacities — as a Class Teacher, Guidance Teacher, Deputy Head of Department, Deputy Head Teacher, and later rose to the position of Head Teacher.

His journey reflects commitment, professionalism, leadership, and a deep passion for shaping learners and mentoring fellow educators.
Through every role he held, Mr. Kanyika demonstrated integrity, humility, and unwavering dedication to the growth of both pupils and institutions under his care.
