Mr. Msiska Abel, Registrar at DAPP Mkushi Teacher Training College, emphasized at the Inclusive Excellence Dialogue Forum hosted at the Confucius Institute Multipurpose Conference Hall, University of Zambia that higher education institutions play a vital role in preparing competent, industry-ready graduates.

He stressed the importance of strong collaboration between colleges and industry to equip students with practical skills, relevant competencies, and professional ethics. Aligning academic programs with industry needs, he noted, enhances employability, institutional relevance, and national development.
