**How the K1000 Launch Giveaway Draw Was Conducted**

To keep the Zambia Pulse K1000 Launch Giveaway fair and transparent, we followed a clear draw process through our admin system.

First, all giveaway entries were **frozen**, meaning no new entries could be added after the closing time. This ensured that only eligible participants who entered before the deadline were included in the draw.

Next, we conducted the **live draw** using the Zambia Pulse giveaway draw system. The system randomly selected one winner and one backup winner.

After the draw, a **draw report** was generated for record keeping and verification. We then proceeded to the winner verification stage to confirm that the selected winner met the giveaway requirements.

The backup winner will only be contacted if the first winner does not respond within the stated period or fails the verification process.
