“Culture eats strategy for breakfast” 🍳. The famous statement by Peter Drucker is so true. In this session we deliberately looked at how an organisation’s culture is essential to the success of its strategy. Using building blocks from an organisation’s core values interestingly can inform different stakeholders on how to align and deliver a winning strategy. A culture agreed on and adopted is what we emphasised on. Hoping to engage more teams and organisations in 2025 in adopting unique organisational cultures for a winning strategy! Are our teams ready for Q2? What's the plan on your team building, team bonding and team alignment? Those are three distinct but essential aspects of how an organisation may progress through the year feeding off the team energies different teams or divisions contribute the entire organisation. Is the team/department BUILDING to bring about team results? Is the team/department BONDING and understanding each other's needs and contribution to the team, which ultimately provides support as a unit to the organisation. And finally, is the team/department ALIGNING to meet the organisation's overall goals and objectives? Looking forward to building, bonding and aligning teams as we take on Q2.

Alfies Corporate Innovations hosted a two days Migrant and refugees stakeholder’s workshop for Outreach Foundation of South Africa. We planned and engaged stakeholders in the migrant and refugee space such as UNHCR, IMMIGRATION, VICTIM SUPPORT UNIT, EFZ, ISLAMIC SUPREME COUNCIL, CARITAS ZAMBIA, CHRISTIAN VOICE and other human rights organisations. We deliberated on how to best serve these communities as well as how to engage the locals to understand the different types of migrants and their needs or challenges. Great insights and inputs! We look forward to more engaging discussions and actions to serve both the local and migrant communities.
