Opening of Nakaiba Islamic School and Student Reporting Information

The Director and Management of Nakaiba Islamic School would like to inform all parents and the general public that the school will officially open for its first term session on Monday, 12th January 2026 . We kindly remind all students in Form Two, Grade 11, and Grade 12 to report to class on Monday without fail. Please be advised that failure to report may result in the student’s place being declared vacant.

*Reporting Schedule for Students:

**Girls:All girls in Form Two, Grade 11, and Grade 12 are required to report on Saturday, 10th January 2026.

**Boys:All boys in Form Two, Grade 11, and Grade 12 are required to report on Sunday, 11th January 2026.

*Transportation Details:

**School Bus: A school bus will be available for students traveling from Lusaka on Saturday and Sunday. The bus will operate from 08:30 to 09:30 AM(boarding in of all students) departing Lusaka sharp at 09:30 AM

**Private Transport: Students using private transportation should arrive at the school by 16:00 PM. Those who report after this time will not be attended to unless mitigating circumstances, such as unforeseen breakdowns or illness, are provided.

School Requirements :

Parents are advised to ensure their child has all necessary school supplies ready prior to arrival to avoid any inconveniences. Required items include:

1. **School Fees: Please deposit the school fees into the designated bank account. Ensure to provide the deposit slip when reporting. Note: Mobile money transfers are not accepted.
2. **School Uniforms: Two pairs (each).
3. **Weekend Uniforms: Two pairs.
4. **A ream of paper.
5. **Cobra.
6. **Groceries.
7. **Birth Records for your child.

Parent Guidance: We encourage parents to engage with their children regarding the importance of good behavior and discipline within the school environment. Familiarizing your child with the school’s rules and regulations is crucial for a smooth transition to the new academic term.

Note on Late Reporting: All late-arriving students will not be admitted unless accompanied by a medical report justifying their delay due to health issues.

STUDENTS SPACES AND OPENING OF FORM ONE AND GRADE 10

Dear Nakaiba family....

Assalam alaikum warahmatullah wabarakaatuh and greetings to you.....

This message serves to provide an important update regarding the Form One and Grade Nine results, as well as the availability of spaces for incoming students.

Form One Results:
This year, we had 23 pupils sit for the Form One examinations, and I am pleased to report that all of them passed. This means we currently have 23 students enrolled in Form One, leaving us with 17 available spaces to reach our class size target of 20 students.

Boarding and Day Scholar Capacity:
In terms of boarding arrangements, our school can accommodate only 7 boys as boarders. Additionally, we will accept 10 girls as day scholars. At this time, please note that all grades are fully occupied.

Admission Criteria:
I must emphasize that, due to lack of available spaces, all parents are advised not to bring children to the staff members at nakaiba for admission as boarders or day scholars. We currently do not have the capacity to accommodate any additional students beyond those specified.

In short there are No spaces for all grades except those mentioned.

Cut-Off Points for Available Spaces:
The cut-off points for the remaining available spaces are as follows:
- Boarding (Boys):720
- Day School (Girls):700

All form one and grade 10 students should report on Sunday 18/01/2026.
