“Financial Literacy Week”💴📚

Don’t be 📌Afraid📌Ashamed or 📌Late in making the necessary financial adjustments when a Requirement or Transition takes place in your life. It will eventually pay off well FOR YOU🎉

In 2018 my dad had been excited about paying for my schooling even though I was already 42, but he died just after I enrolled. My husband told me not to worry because he was happy to pick up the bill, sadly he too died at the end of my 1st year of school.

You must know that I was a very well taken care of wifey aka ‘a little spoilt’ 🥰 Anyway, the very short version of the story is that, I put myself through school for 3years & made it🎓 by Gods grace.
But here’s the thing, I did not FRUSTRATE His grace [Galatians 2:21] I engaged FULLY by doing what was required of me, while GOD did what only He CAN do🙏🏾

📌 My kids & I moved into a smaller home. Cut down on rentals, as well as maintenance cost. We made it cosy & warm with our love for each other & creativity.

📌 I had a threshold on my personal expenses & didn’t buy any new clothes etc for 3 years, I promise. I learnt that obedience & peace of mind makes us look sooo good & adorns us outwardly.

📌 Even though I was not spending on myself, I was gifted🎁 with AMAZING vacations & all kinds of treats because God knows His girl loves these things, also it’s never His intention to withold any GOOD thing from us in all seasons. We should just trust Him & not compromise for money or become wrongly ENTITLED because of our needs.

Whilst I was saving for my school & making other adjustments 📌I learnt to save 📌I learnt that sacrifices are precious seed📌my determination to work opened up new opportunities for me that will continue beyond this achievement... I could go on.
